Will Acura, Lexus and Audi disappear in the future?

I ask cause Honda and Toyota now have luxury options in their cars and its just going to keep adding as years come. Vw has had luxury options in their cars since the 90s but now they have luxury and sport models added on. And I hear many say there's not much of a difference in vw/Audi now.
Answer
People who buy luxury cars buy them also for their names. if you had to shell out 80,000 for a car and your choices were toyota or BMW most time you would choose the BMW. this is proven to happen with numerous cars. a really good example of this is the Hyundai Equus. it competes with the Audi A8 and BMW 7 series which both cost over 100,000 but the equus fully loaded is less than 80,000. a similar thing also happened with the VW phaeton. it was basically the same as an Audi A8 but it didn't sell as well as the actual A8.
People like knowing that others will recognize their cars as expensive.

Sports luxury car search?
nolan
As of now I have a 98 Acura cl love the thing to death but may have to sell it cause I want something with more power. I want a sports luxury car something with at least a v6 and is reliable as well. I dont want any German cars like Audi BMW not Mercedes cause where I live everyone has them and everyone that has them are cocky and spoiled teens. I would like something from the 90s or early 2000s I was looking into a Lincoln ls v8 what do you think? Something under 8,000 as well.
Answer
You are limiting yourself greatly if your price ceiling is $8k. Secondly, the Lincoln LS is a POS. That's why they only were in production for seven years.
With your limited funds you should probably hunt for another Acura. Or consider a Infiniti G or Lexus IS, though I bet you'd have to pay 5 figures to get one that doesn't have a ton of mileage.
