What are some top SUVs for a girl in her early 20s?
This is for my neighbor and she would like the price range in anywhere from $20,000~$40,000
Her current car's model is exactly like this w/ different color and she wants to change it...I don't understand why...

If your friend currently drives a Benz, she seems to have a flair for classy style and will prob. want a luxury SUV. This seems to fit the bill on that, and it is kinda sporty and fun esp for a girl, it rides nice instead of like a truck like many large SUV's. I checked and the advertised price for a brand new 2010 starts just under 40 grand. However, if i were here I would get one maybe a year or two old, still under factory warranty for about half the price. This can come in a V6 (RX350) for good gas mileage or a V8 (RX450) for more horsepower. I would also look at a BMW X5 or Infinity FX35 for a good SUV that's fun, luxury, and easy to drive.

Q. I plans to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have my home, which is currently worth $110,000, upon which I owes $100,000. And I am planing to reaffirm the debt on my home. I also owns Lexus worth $30000. But owes no money on the Lexus. What will I get?

Dude, the trustee is gonna get the Lexus. You can't have 30k worth of equity in a luxury car and file bankruptcy and expect to keep it.
