Where are there car dealerships in georgia that sell car with rims already?

I want to go to a car dealership in georgia that has cars like Lincoln Ls's N nice luxury cars that have rims on them already n there in excellent condition. I knew alot of them in Texas but i moved to Georgia N wanna check out some car dealerships here maybe around the ATL area. I also got a 00' Chevy Malibu Ls in excellent condition that im selling.

NEW cars have rims, if applicable. These you can find anywhere.
Since there is no way to track down who trades what where, there is no dealership that specializes used cars WITH rims. This is kind of pot luck. You just have to keep looking through used car lots.

I am going to Panama City beach on Friday morning and will be retuning on Sunday I am coming from Atlanta Georgia . I would like to rent a car so I got on Hotwire and found a car for like $85 for everything plus the insurance however I don't have a credit card so I saw the debit card option and was going to pay wih that. So my question is how exactly does the debit card option work. Thank you
