I have $10k and I wanna get a used 2005 Scion tc. Is that possible? Or should I get some other kind of cool sport car that costs at most $10k? Thanks.

I'd suggest an Audi Quattro or a Subaru WRX - AWD is so much better than RWD. If your heart is really set on RWD, then look for a BMW 3 series. Decent power, great handling, pretty reliable, and fantastic brakes (you want good performance, you need good brakes.)
