Where on the list does Lexus go when it comes to quality?

Among with other luxury cars like Infiniti, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Acura, etc. I know that Lexus is made under the Toyota company, and there are a lot of controversy on how Lexus is just a branded Toyota. I'm planning on getting a '10 HS Hybrid from Lexus (35/mpg), and although I don't mind splurging on a car, I want it to be worth the money. Should I reconsider BMW or other makes? Or is Lexus the one?

Lexus, Audi, and Acura are generally well known for a quality high-end Auto manufacturer.
On the opposite side; BMW & Mercedes have had some issues over the years.
Don't take me wrong, you can get a BMW or Mercedes that will last, but as a general rule I would go with one of the others.
I have also linked a website that compares car manufacturers by customer reviews that places BMW a little higher than Lexus (against my experience). You might take a few moments to review this site.

I am trying to find a good and fair deal on renting Aston Martin Vanquish. So far, my online searches didn't end up good, most rental spots that have the car either have really bad reviews or are out of state. Anyone has an idea which ones I could contact with my request in Las Vegas, NV and not get ripped off?

Are you sure you really need the V12 Vanquish? The only place in town that would rent one to you is Beverly Hills Rent-A-Car and it will cost you $3,500/day
If you can "settle" for an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Rent-A-Vette has one for as little as $595/day
Both are reputable companies that have local offices in Las Vegas.
